Signature Penthouse Suite Experience
Perched on the 41st floor of Maxcasinolic, the Signature Penthouse Suite spreads across two storeys of hand-finished walnut, Calacatta marble and floor-to-ceiling glass. You get a private butler on call, a wrap-around terrace facing the Coast Mountains, and a bed made up with 1,000-thread-count linens. It is the kind of room guests book for anniversaries they want to remember for the next twenty years.
Access to the Signature Penthouse and all in-suite gaming features is reserved for guests aged 19 and over, in line with British Columbia regulations. Please play within your limits and use the voluntary self-exclusion tools available at our concierge desk.

The Signature Penthouse is not a room with a view — it is a private home floating above the city, designed so you never have to leave it unless you want to.
Panoramic terrace
A 68-square-metre wraparound terrace with heated limestone floors, a fire pit, and sightlines stretching from Stanley Park to the North Shore peaks.
Private dining salon
Your own oak dining table sits ten, served by a chef who will build a tasting menu around what you actually feel like eating that night.
Master spa bath
A soaking tub carved from a single slab of Turkish marble, with a rain shower, chromotherapy lighting and heated towel floors.
Every corner of the Signature Penthouse was assembled by our in-house design studio over eighteen months, working alongside Vancouver artisans. The suite has a hidden temperature-controlled wine wall holding 168 bottles, a Bang & Olufsen sound system tuned to the room dimensions, and a study with a solid rosewood desk if you need to get a few hours of work done before dinner. Housekeeping refreshes the suite twice daily, and your butler can pack for you if you are heading to the airport before sunrise. Blackout drapes from Belgium keep the morning light out when you want to sleep in, and motorised shades open the sky back up the moment you are ready for coffee.

Three ways to take the penthouse
Rates below are per night for the full suite and include butler service, breakfast for up to four and access to the spa floor. Taxes and destination fee are added at checkout.
Weeknight Retreat
Sunday through Thursday, ideal for business travellers who want quiet and space.
- Two consecutive nights minimum
- Butler service from 7am to 11pm

Celebration Package
Friday or Saturday night with the full production — champagne, flowers, a chef on site.

Full Residence Buyout

Rates are confirmed against live availability and may shift by season. Minimum stay rules apply over holiday weekends. All figures are quoted in Canadian dollars before GST and the Vancouver destination fee.
How booking works
From first enquiry to the moment the door closes behind you
We try to keep this short. You should be on your second glass of wine before the evening is over, not filling out paperwork.
Send your dates
Drop us the nights you want and roughly how many people are travelling. That is genuinely all we need to start.
Speak with a host
A guest host calls within two hours to confirm availability, walk you through the suite and agree a soft hold.
Design the stay
We plan menus, bar setup, spa appointments and any transfers so nothing is left to negotiate on arrival day.
Confirm with deposit
A one-night deposit locks the suite. The remaining balance is charged the morning of departure.
Arrival day
Your butler meets you at the private entrance, handles luggage and gets you straight upstairs. Check-in paperwork is signed in-suite.
Departure
We settle the bill electronically, arrange your transfer and email the folio before you reach the airport.
