Rates for the 2025 season
Every rate at Maxcasinolic is published. No hidden resort fee, no negotiable back door.
We price the property the way we run it — openly. Below you will find the current nightly rates for every room category, the two signature packages we actually recommend, and the add-ons guests ask for most. All figures are in Canadian dollars and exclude GST and the Vancouver destination fee of CA$12 per room per night. Any rate you see here is the same rate you will be quoted on the phone, on the website, and at the desk in person.
Any package including access to the mezzanine gaming floor is available only to guests aged 19 and over. Gaming packages do not include gaming credit, and Maxcasinolic does not accept cheques for gaming activity. Set a limit before you play.
Our room rates
Four room categories, four honest price points
Weeknight and weekend rates differ. Everything else about the room is identical whether you book on Monday or Friday.

weeknight
Our standard room, but with a window facing the water. Blackout drapes, a marble shower, and the same mattress we use in the penthouse.
Corner Deluxe Suite
54 m² · one king
weeknight
A proper sitting area, a desk you can work at, and windows on two sides. The category most of our returning guests book.
Harbourfront Residence
96 m² · two bedrooms
weeknight
Two bedrooms, a full kitchen, a dining table for six and a private terrace. Ideal for longer stays or family bookings.
Signature Penthouse Suite
312 m² · three bedrooms
weeknight
Two storeys on the forty-first floor with a private butler, a marble soaking bath and a 68-square-metre terrace facing the Coast Mountains.

Seasonality
How our rates move through the year
Three seasons, published in advance, no surge pricing and no last-minute escalations.
January to March
The quietest quarter in Vancouver, and our best rate of the year. Standard rooms from CA$290 midweek. Ideal if you want the city without the crowds.
Rates 15 to 22 percent below peak
April to June, October
Mild weather, longer days, and the two windows when the North Shore is at its clearest. About 70 percent of our published high-season rates.
Rates 8 to 12 percent below peak
July to September, December
Cruise season, film festival, and the holidays. This is when the Chef's Table sells out six to eight weeks ahead. Book accordingly.

Our price promise
If you find it cheaper elsewhere, we match it and add a bottle of wine
We sell our rooms through our own channels and through a small set of booking partners. Occasionally those partners run a promotion that undercuts our published rate. If you find one and it is for the exact same room category, on the same dates, with the same cancellation policy, tell us before you book. We will match the price and throw in a bottle of Okanagan sparkling wine on arrival.
The rule has two conditions: the rate has to be publicly listed and it has to include the same inclusions as ours. A rate without breakfast is not our rate. A rate without cancellation flexibility is not our rate. Where the comparison is genuine, we will always match it — we would rather keep the booking in-house.
Same category
The matched room must be booked in the identical category and for identical nights.
Same inclusions
Breakfast, cancellation terms and all standard inclusions must align with ours.
Wine on arrival
A bottle of Okanagan sparkling wine delivered to the room the evening you arrive.
Before you book
Claims must be submitted before the booking is confirmed. Post-stay matches are not possible.
Payment terms
How payment and cancellation actually work
Deposits
One night's deposit at booking for standard rooms. Fifty percent for buyouts and Celebration Packages.
Cancellation
Standard rooms cancel free up to 48 hours before arrival. Suites use a 14-day window. Buyouts use 48 hours.
Refunds
Processed to the original card within five to ten business days. Full details in our Refund Policy.
Currency
All rates in Canadian dollars. We accept USD and EUR at daily rates on request before arrival.

Responsible gaming and the packages that include it
Some of the packages priced above include optional access to the mezzanine gaming floor at Maxcasinolic. That floor is licensed by the Province of British Columbia and restricted to guests aged 19 and over. Maxcasinolic does not offer gaming credit, does not accept cheques for gaming activity, and does not permit third-party funding of any kind. None of the packages above include gaming stakes — any amount you choose to play with is entirely separate from the package price and entirely within limits you set yourself. We encourage every guest to set a time limit and a spend limit before they walk onto the floor, and to treat any winnings as a bonus rather than a plan. Our floor hosts are trained to recognise when a guest is no longer having a good time, and they will approach you discreetly if they are concerned. Voluntary self-exclusion can be arranged at any point during your stay with a floor manager, confidentially, without any justification required from you. Support for anyone affected by problem gambling is available 24 hours a day through the BC Responsible and Problem Gambling Program, and our team can connect you directly. Guests who would rather not use the gaming floor at all are completely unaffected by any of this — the suites, restaurants, spa and rooftop continue to operate with no connection to that part of the property. Complete licence details and registration numbers are published on our Legal Information page.
